Join Shilpi Suneja at Harvard Bookstore on September 21 for the launch of her debut House of Caravans. She’ll be in coversation with 7am Novelist author Rishi Reddi! Shilpi will also be a Grubbie Debut at the Porter Square Books Boston Edition (GrubStreet’s new digs!) on October 5 with 7am Novelist author Daphne Kalotay. Virginia Pye will also be launching her latest, The Literary Undoing of Victoria Swan, at Harvard Bookstore on October 3, in conversation with 7am Novelist author Marjan Kamali. And yes, THE MIGHTY BLAZE returns with the debut of their Spell-O-Rama to support the freedom to read on October 4.

What exactly is Spell-O-Rama? It's a spelling bee, for adults. It's a literary night out, hosted by the amazing Celeste Ng. It's pure nerdy fun. It's a chance to reclaim your former spelling bee glory (we all remember the word that knocked us out!)

Worried you're not a good speller? You'll be spelling on a team of six, and though the words are hard, the vibe is lighthearded. Libations will be flowing, food will be plentiful, and all the proceeds from the event support The Florida Freedom To Read Project and their anti-book-banning efforts.
