Yes. I wrote to my senior senator, Amy Klobuchar D. MN, today. She is on the Justice Committee. She is not speaking out even though she has one of the safest seats in the Senate.
All good ideas, but it's likely that Dems don't need convincing and those in the GOP will be indifferent. I'm giving to groups that are taking direct action--ACLU and others.
